I have over 20+ years of experience working with Top-Tier consulting and Fortune 500 companies managing large enterprise initiatives.
I have a commanding knowledge in managing SAP projects with global footprint with diverse resources in remote / hybrid models across many industries. I have effectively managed and implemented PMO standards in various organizations. I have used ASAP, Activate, AGILE & SCRUM methodologies, Best Practices and PMI methods on all my projects.
I have managed ten (10) Full Life-Cycle SAP implementations from Blueprint to Cut-over and Rollout of various modules including MM, PP, SD, FICO, BW, HCM, EWM. Four (4) implementations in SAP S4 Hana landscape with Ariba, Hybris and MES and other components. I have also managed several large Integration, Data migration, Testing and Rollout projects.
I have excellent communication skills and I can effectively communicate with C-level management and key project stakeholders. I have proven skills in managing customer expectation, project scope, budget, and resources across multiple projects / regions.
